    Your CV and any accompanying information is carefully studied by one of our Consultants.

  • Skills testing

    Should your application match our clients’ requirements, you will be asked to undertake language and IT tests to assess your technical capabilities.

  • Consultant interview

    We invite you to meet one of our Consultants for a one-to-one interview to discuss your professional background, strengths, ambitions, desired position and availability. Your candidate profile is now active.

  • Presenting your application

    If you are suitable for one of our current positions, we will provide our client with details of your experience and professional profile and recommend you for the role in question.

  • Employer interview

    Should our client then wish to meet you, we will make all of the necessary arrangements for your interview(s) and will remain available for any questions during this key stage of the process.

  • Your new job!

    Following a successful interview process, you start work at your new company and your consultant will remain in contact with you.
