  • Office Manager

    As a real pillar of the office, you are someone who can be relied on to manage the smaller day to day tasks as well as managing the files that are fundamental to the smooth running of the business. You may be entrusted with the management of the office, general tasks, human resources tasks, accounting, or managing a budget. You are efficient and versatile.

  • Assistant to members of an Executive Committee

    As the right-hand man to your director, you support them and take on all the tasks expected in a classic assistantship. You assist in all their activities, knowing how to prioritise emergencies and make their daily life more manageable. You are able to assist in committee meetings and write reports both in English and in French. You are organised and meticulous.

  • CEO’s Assistant

    We invite you to meet one of our Consultants for a one-to-one interview to discuss your professional background, strengths, ambitions, desired position and availability. Your candidate profile is now active.

  • Presenting your application

    If you are suitable for one of our current positions, we will provide our client with details of your experience and professional profile and recommend you for the role in question.

  • Employer interview

    Should our client then wish to meet you, we will make all of the necessary arrangements for your interview(s) and will remain available for any questions during this key stage of the process.

    Following a successful interview process, you start work at your new company and your consultant will remain in contact with you.
