I never actually chose to be an assistant. It was just the way things turned out for me and the natural conclusion to the line of education I chose to follow. If I could give one piece of advice to those looking for an Assistant position on the market today, it would have to be to improve your English. The job market is already hard enough as it is, so having English is an invaluable asset in order to get ahead of the game.
