Being integrated within an international Private Equity firm, you work within a dynamic team and thus have a lot of human interaction internally and externally. This means you also interact with top of the range clients and speakers on a daily basis as well as welcoming visitors who come to the office. Moreover, you perform administrative tasks such as responding to office calls and emails, booking and preparing meetings and preparing documents. You also will order office and kitchen supplies, receive and post incoming mail, and take part in the preparation of important documents (printing, binding, etc.). In addition, you provide assistance in booking taxis for visitors and clients. Whilst taking on this diverse role, you are a main point of contact for your team on site. There may be opportunities for advancement in this position, for example on event-related tasks.

Profil Recherché :

As you are in a client-facing role in an international work environment, your communication skills are non-negotiable and being bilingual in French and English is mandatory. Moreover, you are a dynamic multitasker who is pragmatic and savvy in handling their affaires. Being organised is key so you stay on top of your own and your colleagues’ deadlines. As you work both independently and with your surrounding team, you are rigorous and make sure to perform all your tasks with precision and expertise. At least one year’s worth of previous experience is required. Microsoft Office proficiency is also essential.
