Bilingual Executive Law Assistant to a Founding Partner M/F

Taking on this position would allow you to work in a stimulating environment and a firm that has been at the forefront of many of the most significant commercial, investment, and arbitral cases of the past decades. In this prestigious role, you will be alongside a spirited and well-known Founding Partner in which you would support him with a variety of his affaires. This includes organising his complex agenda, treating emails, producing legal documents and preparing files. Moreover, you will be proofreading translated works and managing his billing. You will also be in charge of organising meetings and arranging work trips on an international scale, coordinating with different global time zones. 

Profil Recherché :

In order to flourish in this fast-paced environment, you have a variety of coordination skills and are ready for the task! Being perfectly bilingual in English is mandatory. You must be a fast learner, reactive, assertive, and organised. Qualifications and/or experience with working in an international law firm is required. You are proficient in Microsoft applications.
