In this dynamic firm, you will be supporting two Directors. You will be required to organise a large volume of meetings and put in place travel arrangements. In order to manage your Directors’ complex schedules, you can develop an understanding of the business, in order to take initiative in all circumstances. Due to the high-profile nature of the clients that you will communicate with, it is essential that you have excellent presentation, and are able to adjust your level of discourse accordingly.

Profil Recherché :

Due to the fast-paced nature of this company, you must be proactive and demonstrate quick thinking, being able to switch from one subject to another very easily. A bilingual level of English is essential, as you will be communicating with many international contacts due to the global nature of the business. A minimum of seven years of experience is required. You must be confident in using Microsoft Office.
