Bilingual Executive Assistant H/F

Join this prestigious international firm in order to support various members of the team. You will be required to organise and manage highly complex schedules, as well as putting in place travel arrangements and meetings. You will be involved in the follow-up on all client files, so therefore you must be observant and aware of everything that is going on around you. Due to the numerous internal contacts that you will work with, you must be able to anticipate the needs of your Managers and be extremely reactive to what is going on around you. 

Profil Recherché :

Due to the high-profile clients that you will be in contact with, you must have an excellent presentation and a large degree of professionalism. You must be dynamic, proactive, and rigorous in your work. You must be bilingual in French and English, and be confident in using Microsoft Office.
