Bilingual Junior Executive Assistant for three Partners H/F

You will be supporting three Partners through managing their agendas, organising their meetings and appointments, and scheduling videoconferences as well as business trips worldwide. It is imperative that you are well-organised and efficient, as, due to the international environment of this company, you will be required to coordinate with different time zones when arranging meetings. The agendas of your Partners are highly complex and varied, so you must be rigorous in your organisation. You will also be required to communicate with high-profile contacts, so therefore you must be able to adapt your level of discourse accordingly. 

Profil Recherché :

In this welcoming environment, you must demonstrate flexibility, rigour and adaptability. You are proactive and dynamic, and have an ability to anticipate the needs of your Partners in any given circumstance. A minimum of two years’ experience as an Executive Assistant is required. You must be bilingual in French and English, and be confident in using Microsoft Office.
