In this role as Executive Assistant, you support the two Founding Partners of this growing company and ensure the smooth running of both of their agendas. Working alongside them, you organise meetings and events involving high-end clients and play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relations. You are trusted to be involved in the professional and personal lives of your managers and are given the responsibility of improving internal processes as you see necessary. Moreover, you are in charge of organising travel arrangements both in Europe and further afield, in addition to finding suitable restaurants for professional events. Occasionally, you are given the task of finding suitable gifts for clients.

Given the tight schedules of your managers, you have access to their inboxes and help manage the large influx of emails. You also process invoices and manage accounts, with the potential to do some office management as the company develops. When welcoming clients, you represent the Partners, thus the importance of smart presentation goes without saying. In both internal and external communication, the working language is English, therefore a bilingual level is essential.

Profil Recherché:

With a real sense of service, you have a careful eye for detail and respect important deadlines. Curious and independent, you find it easy to adapt to complex environments. Your knowledge of Paris and its finest establishments is unmatched, and you have the ability to find hidden gems for events. You have a vested interest in the field of finance and are keen to better understand the goals of the business. You are perfectly fluent in both French and English, with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
