Your main responsibilities

Complex diary and administrative management

  • Manage highly complex and constantly evolving calendars for one to three Managing Directors, ensuring optimal organisation of meetings and priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, while proactively managing last-minute changes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for various stakeholders and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

International travel coordination

 

  • Organise and oversee international business travel arrangements, including flights, trains, accommodation and all related logistics.
  • Anticipate travel requirements, including visa applications when necessary, and ensure a seamless experience for executives.
  • Coordinate travel changes and provide remote support throughout the entire process.

Confidentiality and executive support

 

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide reliable, high-quality support while building a strong relationship of trust with senior executives.

Candidate profile

 

  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate needs.
  • You enjoy working with international stakeholders and thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
  • You are fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and are comfortable managing complex administrative tasks.

Additional information

 

  • Annual gross salary: +/- €60K
  • Remote working: Up to 1 day per week after the probationary period
  • Location: Paris 8th arrondissement
